Delete your account

You can delete your MuebleMIO account and all its associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent: we don't keep a copy and we don't just deactivate the account.

How to do it

Option 1

From the mobile app

The fastest way if you still have the app installed on your phone (iOS or Android).

  1. 1Open Mueblemio and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Go to Menu > Settings.
  3. 3Scroll down to "Delete account" and confirm.
Option 2

From the web

Sign in at mueblemio.com and go to your Dashboard > Profile. The account deletion area is at the bottom of the page.

By email, if you no longer have access

If you uninstalled the app or can't sign in, write to us from the email address you registered with and we'll delete it for you. The address has to match the one on the account so we can confirm it's you.

What gets deleted

  • ·Your login account: email, name and your Google or Apple sign-in credentials.
  • ·Your profile and your working preferences.
  • ·Every saved project and design, along with their images.
  • ·Your optimization reports, quotes and inventory.
  • ·The payment history stored in our database.
  • ·Your web subscription, which we cancel as part of the process.

What we can't delete

  • ·The records that payment processors (Apple, Google or ePayco) keep on their own side to meet their accounting and tax obligations. Those are not under our control.
  • ·The support messages you sent us, which we keep to follow up on them. If you want those deleted too, ask for it in the same email and we'll do it.

If you subscribed from the app

Subscriptions bought on the App Store or Google Play are managed by the store, not by us. Deleting your MuebleMIO account does not stop that billing: cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings before deleting your account.

How long it takes

Deleting from the app or the web is immediate. Email requests are handled within 30 days at most, usually in under 72 hours.

This can't be undone. Once the account is deleted we cannot recover your projects, your reports or your history.
