Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of MuebleMIO (the "Platform"), available at mueblemio.com and as a mobile app for iOS and Android. By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these terms in full; if you do not agree, you must not use it.

2. What MuebleMIO is

MuebleMIO is a technical furniture design tool: parametric plans, a 3D simulator ("Build"), a quote builder, a panel-cutting optimizer, and calculation tools (drawers, panel layout, drilling, among others). The plans and quotes you generate are a technical guide for manufacturing or cutting your furniture — see "Accuracy and manufacturing responsibility" below.

3. Your account

• ·You can create an account with email and password, with Google, or with Apple (iOS only).
• ·You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs in your account.
• ·You must give us truthful information when registering and when setting up your billing data.
• ·You can delete your account at any time (see "Cancellation and account deletion").
• ·In the mobile app we only ask for your email and name. Billing data (address, phone, identity document) is requested on the web only, and only if you subscribe from there.

4. Plans and subscriptions

We offer a free plan (Free) with limited features and ads, and paid plans (PRO / ULTRA) with more features and no ads. Prices and features of each plan are shown at mueblemio.com/pricing before you subscribe.

• ·Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (currently weekly) through ePayco, until you cancel them.
• ·By subscribing, you agree to be charged automatically each period using the payment method you registered, until you cancel.
• ·Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• ·We may change plan prices going forward; if you're already subscribed, the terms you accepted when you subscribed remain in effect, not the new price.
• ·If you subscribe from the mobile app, the purchase is made and charged through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), under each store's terms: renewal and billing are handled by the store, not by MuebleMIO.
• ·Subscriptions purchased inside the app are managed and cancelled from your App Store or Google Play account settings, not from our Dashboard.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Dashboard (Subscription > Cancel) or from the app. When you cancel, we stop charging you from the next period, but you keep PRO/ULTRA access until the end of the period already paid for.

We do not issue automatic refunds for periods already charged. If you believe there was a duplicate charge or a billing error, write to us at elcarpinteroperfecto@gmail.com and we'll review it case by case.

Purchases made inside the mobile app are handled by Apple or Google: cancellations and refunds for those purchases follow App Store or Google Play policies, and must be requested directly from the corresponding store.

6. Cancellation and account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from the app or the Dashboard (Settings > "Delete my account") or by requesting it by email. When you delete it, we cancel any active subscription and remove your profile, projects, quotes and inventory, as described in our Privacy Policy. This action is irreversible.

We may suspend or delete your account if we detect misuse of the Platform (see "Acceptable use"), without prejudice to you remaining responsible for charges already incurred.

7. Accuracy and manufacturing responsibility

The plans, measurements and cutting lists generated by MuebleMIO are a support tool for design and manufacturing. While we do our best to make the calculations correct, you are responsible for verifying measurements, tolerances and compatibility with your actual materials and hardware before cutting or manufacturing. We are not responsible for losses of material, time or money resulting from measurement errors, manufacturing errors, or use of the tool.

8. Acceptable use

• ·Do not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to compromise its security.
• ·Do not reproduce, resell or redistribute the Platform's software, code or design without authorization.
• ·The plans and content you generate with your account are yours for your personal or commercial furniture-manufacturing use; MuebleMIO retains ownership of the software, the base plans/templates, the calculation engine, and the "MuebleMIO" brand.
• ·Do not share your account or credentials with third parties.

9. Advertising

On the free plan, the website shows ads provided by Google AdSense. PRO and ULTRA plans do not show ads. We do not control the specific content of the ads Google chooses to display.

10. Intellectual property

The "MuebleMIO" brand, the software, the Platform's design, the plans and components calculation engine, and the base plans/templates are the property of MuebleMIO. The projects, measurements and customizations you create with your account are yours.

11. Support

You can write to us from Menu > Support in the app, or by email at elcarpinteroperfecto@gmail.com. By sending us a message you agree that we store its content and the technical data described in the Privacy Policy, in order to reply to you and reproduce the problem.

We handle messages according to the urgency you indicate and do our best to fix bugs as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee a specific response time nor that every suggestion will be implemented. Support is not an emergency channel.

12. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, or loss of profits or materials resulting from use of the Platform or errors in generated plans. Nothing in these terms limits any rights the law grants you as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our features or business terms change. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or within the Platform. Continuing to use MuebleMIO after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to any rights that your country of residence's consumer protection laws grant you on a mandatory basis.
