Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of MuebleMIO (the "Platform"), available at mueblemio.com and as a mobile app for iOS and Android. By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these terms in full; if you do not agree, you must not use it. Your electronic acceptance (when you sign up, sign in or keep using the Platform) has the same validity as a written signature, under Colombian Law 527 of 1999.

2. What MuebleMIO is

MuebleMIO is a technical furniture design tool: parametric plans, a 3D simulator ("Build"), a quote builder, a panel-cutting optimizer, and calculation tools (drawers, panel layout, drilling, among others). The plans and quotes you generate are a technical guide for manufacturing or cutting your furniture — see "Accuracy and manufacturing responsibility" below.

3. Your account

• ·You can create an account with email and password, with Google, or with Apple (iOS only).
• ·You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs in your account.
• ·You must give us truthful information when registering and when setting up your billing data.
• ·You can delete your account at any time (see "Cancellation and account deletion").
• ·In the mobile app we only ask for your email and name. Billing data (address, phone, identity document) is requested on the web only, and only if you subscribe from there.

4. Plans and subscriptions

We offer a free plan (Free) with limited features and ads, and paid plans (PRO / ULTRA) with more features and no ads. Prices and features of each plan are shown before you subscribe, on the plans screen.

• ·Paid subscriptions purchased on the website are billed on a recurring basis through ePayco, until you cancel them.
• ·By subscribing, you agree to be charged automatically each period using the payment method you registered, until you cancel.
• ·Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• ·We may change plan prices going forward; if you're already subscribed, the terms you accepted when you subscribed remain in effect, not the new price.
• ·If you subscribe from the mobile app, the purchase is made and charged through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), under each store's terms: renewal and billing are handled by the store, not by MuebleMIO.
• ·Subscriptions purchased inside the app are managed and cancelled from your App Store or Google Play account settings, not from our Dashboard.

5. AI assistant messages

The design assistant works on a per-message basis: each message you send uses one (1) message from your account. You must be signed in to use it.

• ·Free account: includes 10 messages in total for the entire life of the account. They do not renew — not weekly, not monthly, not when you sign back in. Once used up, the assistant stops replying until you take a paid plan.
• ·PRO plans: how many messages you get depends on the billing cycle you take — 10 messages per week on the weekly plan, 40 per month on the monthly one and 500 per year on the annual one. Your quota tops up automatically when your plan renews, with nothing for you to do. Unused messages from one period do not carry over to the next.
• ·Additional message packs: you will be able to purchase extra messages separately. They are added to your account and do not expire, but they can only be used while you have an active PRO plan. If you are on the free plan, purchased messages remain stored in your account and cannot be used until you activate a PRO plan.

Unused messages have no monetary value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you delete your account, they are lost.

We may adjust these amounts going forward, with prior notice, in the same way as plan prices.

5 bis. Content generated by the assistant and how to report it

The assistant's replies are generated by an artificial intelligence model and are a technical guide, not a professional verification. They may contain errors: always check the measurements before cutting.

If a reply seems inappropriate, offensive, unsafe to build or simply wrong, you can report it by tapping "Report" under that reply, both on the web and in the app. The report reaches us with the flagged text and a person reviews it.

You can also write to us at elcarpinteroperfecto@gmail.com about anything related to the assistant.

Using the assistant to generate illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, is prohibited. We may suspend an account's access to the assistant if it does.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Dashboard (Subscription > Cancel) or from the app. When you cancel, we stop charging you from the next period, but you keep PRO/ULTRA access until the end of the period already paid for.

We do not issue automatic refunds for periods already charged. If you believe there was a duplicate charge or a billing error, write to us at elcarpinteroperfecto@gmail.com and we'll review it case by case.

Purchases made inside the mobile app are handled by Apple or Google: cancellations and refunds for those purchases follow App Store or Google Play policies, and must be requested directly from the corresponding store.

7. Cancellation and account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from the app or the Dashboard (Settings > "Delete my account") or by requesting it by email. When you delete it, we cancel any active subscription and remove your profile, projects, quotes and inventory, as described in our Privacy Policy. This action is irreversible. Deleting your account does not revert the assignment of rights over the designs you created (see "Intellectual property"), and plans already published from them are not deleted automatically.

We may suspend or delete your account if we detect misuse of the Platform (see "Acceptable use"), without prejudice to you remaining responsible for charges already incurred.

8. Accuracy and manufacturing responsibility

The plans, measurements and cutting lists generated by MuebleMIO are a support tool for design and manufacturing. While we do our best to make the calculations correct, you are responsible for verifying measurements, tolerances and compatibility with your actual materials and hardware before cutting or manufacturing. We are not responsible for losses of material, time or money resulting from measurement errors, manufacturing errors, or use of the tool.

9. Acceptable use

• ·Do not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to compromise its security.
• ·Do not reproduce, resell or redistribute the Platform's software, code or design without authorization.
• ·The designs you create on the Platform are the property of MuebleMIO (see "Intellectual property"). You may use them to build and sell your furniture and hand them to your clients, but not resell, publish or distribute them as plans outside MuebleMIO without authorization. MuebleMIO also owns the software, the base plans/templates, the components, the calculation engine and the "MuebleMIO" brand.
• ·Do not share your account or credentials with third parties.

10. Advertising

On the free plan, the website shows ads provided by Google AdSense. PRO and ULTRA plans do not show ads. We do not control the specific content of the ads Google chooses to display.

11. Intellectual property

The "MuebleMIO" brand, the software, the Platform's design, the calculation engine, the components and the base plans/templates are the property of MuebleMIO.

The plans, components, designs, 3D models and projects created within the Platform (in the "Build" 3D simulator, from MuebleMIO plans or components, with the AI assistant or with any other tool) are built on MuebleMIO's engine, components and templates. Therefore, all economic rights over them belong to MuebleMIO, not to the user.

By creating or saving a design on the Platform you assign to MuebleMIO, fully, exclusively, free of charge, worldwide and for the entire term of its legal protection, all economic copyright and industrial property rights you may have over it, including the rights of reproduction, transformation, adaptation, translation, distribution, making available, public communication and commercial exploitation, in any format or medium now known or later developed. This assignment is perfected by your electronic acceptance of these terms, and you waive any claim against MuebleMIO for payments, royalties or compensation for the use of those designs.

• ·Moral rights: the law does not allow them to be waived. To the extent permitted by law, you authorize MuebleMIO to publish your designs anonymously or under the MuebleMIO name, and to modify, adapt, correct or combine them with others, and you agree not to exercise those rights to prevent the use of the designs under these terms.
• ·What you can do: MuebleMIO grants you a free, non-exclusive, indefinite license to use the designs you created in your own work: build, have cut and sell the furniture, and give your clients the plans, quotes and PDFs you generate. You may not resell, publish or distribute them as plans or design files (for example, on other platforms) without MuebleMIO's written authorization.
• ·Physical furniture is yours: the assignment covers only the digital design (plans, models, parameters and files), not the furniture you build with it.
• ·Your data is not assigned: the assignment does not include your personal data, quotes, prices, inventory or your clients' data, which are handled under the Privacy Policy.

12. Publication of designs: public and community plans

As the rights holder, MuebleMIO may publish the designs created on the Platform as plans available to other users: for example, as free public plans, as plans exclusive to paid-plan subscribers (PRO/ULTRA), in sections such as "Community plans", or in MuebleMIO's promotion (for example, on social media).

• ·No payment: publication does not generate payments, royalties or commissions in your favor, even if the plan is available only to paid plans.
• ·Anonymous: we publish without your name, email, photo or any data that identifies you, unless you expressly authorize us to credit you.
• ·Design only: we never publish your quotes, prices, client data, inventory or your conversations with the AI assistant. We may rename the design, adjust it, correct it or combine it with others before publishing.
• ·Not an obligation: MuebleMIO freely decides which designs to publish; saving a project does not guarantee it will be published or remain published.

Even though the rights belong to MuebleMIO, if you prefer that a design of yours not be published, or that we remove one already published, write to elcarpinteroperfecto@gmail.com with your account and the project. As a voluntary commitment, we will not publish it and, if it was already published, we will remove it within 15 business days at most. Honoring that request does not revert the assignment of rights. Copies that other users saved, downloaded or built before removal cannot be recovered.

By saving a design you represent that it is your own work or that you have permission to assign it, and that it does not copy third-party protected designs. If we receive a well-founded claim about a published plan, we will remove it, and you will be liable to MuebleMIO for third-party claims arising from a design you uploaded without the right to do so.

13. Support

You can write to us from Menu > Support in the app, or by email at elcarpinteroperfecto@gmail.com. By sending us a message you agree that we store its content and the technical data described in the Privacy Policy, in order to reply to you and reproduce the problem.

We handle messages according to the urgency you indicate and do our best to fix bugs as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee a specific response time nor that every suggestion will be implemented. Support is not an emergency channel.

14. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, or loss of profits or materials resulting from use of the Platform or errors in generated plans. Nothing in these terms limits any rights the law grants you as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our features or business terms change. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or within the Platform. Continuing to use MuebleMIO after a change means you accept it.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to any rights that your country of residence's consumer protection laws grant you on a mandatory basis.
